Christmas Eve Lasagna

I make this Lasagna every year for Christmas Eve and its a hit. Not alot of fuss and it feeds every one of us(6-8 adults).

1 lb ground beef
1 lb sausage
9-12 lasagna noodles
1 16 oz ricotta cheese
16 oz of shredded mozzerella cheese
8 oz feta cheese
parmesan cheese
3 stems of green onions chopped
chopped artichoke hearts (Reese's in the can)
Pasta sauce of your choice--I like Bertolli Portebello Mushroom (1 1/2 cans)
Italian Seasoning
Garlic powder
salt
pepper

Boil Noodles until al dente drain and set aside
Brown sausage and hamburger meat-drain grease-add pasta sauce-let simmer-add garlic and italian seasoning to taste
Saute in 1 tbsp butter chopped onions and artichoke hearts on medium heat for 10-15 minutes
In mixing bowl add ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, feta cheese, and mozzerella cheese (save 4 oz of mozzerella for topping)
Add sauted onions and artichokes to cheese mixture and stir well

Layer in order meat sauce, noodles, cheese etc
Last layer should be the 4 oz of mozzerella with parmesan
